Good
The hotel is nice, and the fact that is it all inclusive is good as well. The place also has a good assortment of things to do such as swimming pools, indoor and out door, a peaceful garden, and a game room.
The pools are not that deep so they are more for younger kids, the indoor pool needs some upkeep as the ceiling is looking pretty rough in some places and some of foosball table and pool tables while playable could use some maintenance.

A Hotel that one day had its glory, but today needs better management.
- The food was delicious with excellent options. - The swimming pool temperature is just perfect regardless of the weather and the kids playground in it is fantastic.
- The maintenance of the hotel needs great attention. The games room was completely destroyed with pretty much everything badly broken. - The music playing all day in the swimming pool area is the worst kind. Funk and “Sertanejo” with vulgar language and annoying beats. Impossible to relax and terrible for kids to hear. Extremely disrespectful.

Ok if your angle is eat, drink and sleep
Staff very active and pleasant. Sufficient variety of food with very tasty seasoning.
Although staff was always very pleasant, they lack organization. Which shows bad management. Two of the four days we had less towels then the number of people on the room and it took near one hour to get us one more towel. The small heated pool is clearly too small and poorly maintained for cold rainy days.
